AHEAD Code of Ethics and AHEAD Professional Standards

AHEAD is a professional membership organization for individuals involved in the development of policy and in the provision of quality services to meet the needs of persons with disabilities involved in all areas of higher education.

AHEAD is a member of the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS). CAS has a document, Disability Resources and Services, CAS Contextual Statement,  which focuses on disability. The document also outlines standards in twelve areas:
